Services are priced according to each municipality’s Fiscal Ordinances. No commission or additional cost is applied.
How can I manage a fine?
Paying fines through the app
Enter the required information and cancel your regulated parking fine with just one click.
- Does my municipality allow fine cancellation?
- Check if the municipality where you parked offers this service by visiting the Municipalities section with the "Fine management" filter activated.
- What do I need?
- A valid credit or debit card and the fine notice number.
- Where can I find the fine notice number?
- You’ll find it on the ticket you received. If you're having trouble locating it, you can contact the support centre of the municipality that issued the fine.
- Is there any additional cost?
- Cancelling a fine notice is a free procedure.
- What if I have an issue during the payment process?
- If you experience any issues or have questions, contact your support centre.
- How can I confirm that the fine has been paid successfully?
- Once the online payment is complete, you can check the status of the fine notice. Simply restart the cancellation process and the system will let you know if it has already been cancelled.

What is mot:?
mot: is a public mobility solution promoted by the Provincial Council of Tarragona and managed by BASE–Gestió d’ingressos. It serves municipalities in the Camp de Tarragona, Terres de l’Ebre, Baix Penedès, and Girona regions.
With mot: you can park or charge your electric vehicle in the municipality. Access mobility services and real-time information. All from your phone, making your journeys increasingly easier, faster, and more efficient.
